Brand Identity
The new logo emphasizes the tradition and many years of ties between the university and the city, while supporting its image as a modern technological university that focuses on innovation and dynamic development.
The logotype is a modern interpretation of the historical convention of the coat of arms, based on the synthetic language of applied graphics. It uses well-known and recognizable motifs associated with the identification of Gdańsk for centuries. The natural combination of the symbolism of the place and the university defines the space in which the city and the University of Technology live.
